More Recess is better (LiiNK Project)
There is no doubt that spending time OUTSIDE throughout the school day enhances learning INSIDE the classrooms. The research from this LiiNK Project clearly show how outdoor time has decreased off-task behaviors and fidgeting, while increasing appropriate behaviors.
